Ohio CPR and First Aid Classes: What To Expect

Our training classes prepare you for medical situations like broken bones, wounds, heart attacks, and choking. You will receive training in each of the following areas:

CPR—CPR stands for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and teaches you life-saving techniques to assist someone with a cardiac or breathing emergency.

AED—This class teaches you how to use an Automated External Defibrillator to resuscitate someone in addition to CPR. The course will cover essential techniques and emergency circumstances.

First Aid—This training addresses common medical circumstances that may arise and teaches you how to use the right tools and techniques to respond in a crisis. You will learn how to assess an injury, use a bandage or splint, and move a person safely if needed.

You can take advantage of these training classes with Cherished Companions at a 50% discount as compared with the cost of taking the classes elsewhere.

Those minutes are crucial, especially if your family member has suffered a heart attack or can’t breathe. If you have been trained in CPR, AED, and first aid, you will have the skills you need to intervene and possibly save your loved one’s life.
