In this local podcast, hosts Bradley and Heather Greene shine the spotlight on senior care in the Cleveland area and regularly interview leaders in the industry who are making a difference through their organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Making a Difference For Seniors in Ohio<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The podcast delves into Doug\u2019s inspiration for starting Cherished Companions and what makes this company so different. Growing up in a family that included four generations of doctors, and later working in the healthcare division of Procter &amp; Gamble, Doug gained a unique perspective on care. Based on his mother\u2019s advice to be a professional in whatever career he chose, Doug pursued excellence and integrity in creating a home care company that would make a tangible difference in people\u2019s lives. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doug\u2019s vision for Cherished Companions was to create a unique business model that took the approach of a good doctor\u2019s practice: focused on providing excellent care first. As the Baby Boomer generation is growing older, the need for senior care is rising.
